Senior Account Executive

Responsible for representing Corepoint Health software solutions to healthcare organizations. Leads all aspects of sales activity through consultative discussion and value proposition development. This responsibility includes generating new leads, qualifying the opportunities, preparing & delivering presentations, and documenting activity.


  • Extensive prospecting into new, named accounts (travel required)
  • Complete sales cycle responsibilities from prospecting to closing
  • Primary focus will be on penetration of new accounts
  • Establish and build executive-level relationships
  • Understand and assess customer’s business objectives, strategies, and operational requirements
  • Overall account management including detailed account planning, sales forecasting and communication within the team and customer
  • Coordinating and responding to RFP/RFI requests from customers


  • Consultative, strategic, and conceptual selling skills
  • The ability to relate to technical buyers
  • Significant organizational, planning, oral/written communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively with others
  • Ability to lead and coordinate appropriate resources throughout a sales cycle


  • Solution selling experience
  • History of opening new accounts
  • Experienced in selling in complex technical sales environments
  • History of calling and presenting at the VP/Director level
  • Ability to present product value proposition to all levels within an organization
  • Must be a proven self-starter who enjoys working independently
  • Must have good verbal/written communications skills
  • Superior presentations skills
  • 5+ years of successful Software Sales experience desired with a focus on selling solutions
  • Experienced in replacing existing software solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
