Refunds on Event Registration and Training Course Transactions
You may cancel your registration for an event or training course and receive a 100% refund any time prior to five business days of the start date of the event or training course. If canceled within five business days of the event or training start date, you will receive a credit for 100% of the amount previously paid to apply towards future training or event registration.
Personal Identification Information
We may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our site, place an order, fill out a form and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our site.
