We're excited to be included in a new KLAS Research performance report that takes an in-depth look at the healthcare integration/interface engine marketplace. Even more importantly, we're extremely happy with how Corepoint Integration Engine measured against our competitors, such as Intersystems, Orion Health, Infor, and Cerner.
The report, titled, “Interface Engines: Corepoint Outperforms all Best in KLAS Winners,” evaluated interface engines’ performance, adoption, and user satisfaction after conducting anonymous reviews and interviews with health IT professionals.
While the report is available for purchase on the KLAS Research website, we did get permission from KLAS to share the following quotes from report participants:
“Corepoint respondents in this study come from organizations using a wide variety of EMRs, and each one gives a high score, showing Corepoint’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR), as defined in Defining Key Health Information Technology Terms (The National Alliance for Health Information Technology, April 28, 2008): An electronic record of health-related information on an individual that can be... adaptability. Corepoint demonstrates scalability and is currently deployed among clients of all bed sizes.” -Integration Engines Performance Report, KLAS Research, May 2015, page 22
“Our use of Corepoint Integration Engine will increase because we will be integrating more systems and automating more processes. We use Corepoint Integration Engine to automate a lot of processes and build connections to our Health Information Exchange (HIE) focuses on the mobilization of healthcare information electronically across organizations within a region or community. HIE provides the capability to electronically move clinical information between disparate health....” Integration Engines Performance Report, KLAS Research, May 2015, page 117
“People usually want to put all of their traffic onto a UNIX-based solution because UNIX has a reputation of being able to handle more traffic; but Corepoint Integration Engine is a Windows based solution, so the price point is more favorable. And the entire setup can be made virtual.” Integration Engines Performance Report, KLAS Research, May 2015, page 135
“Corepoint Health makes the programming and everything else so easy to use. Databases are getting to be more popular, and with Corepoint Integration Engine, we can save out to databases and write log files. FTP is available, and we can set schedules.” Integration Engines Performance Report, KLAS Research, May 2015, page 118
“The use of Corepoint Integration Engine will probably significantly increase our overall integration strategy because we are going to be building a lot more interfaces and because a lot more applications are coming on board in the hospital. We are making lots of changes to different systems, and they will all need interfacing.” Integration Engines Performance Report, KLAS Research, May 2015, page 118
“The best thing about Corepoint Integration Engine is v.6, which we intend to upgrade to sometime later this year. This version dramatically improves the volume of messages that the system can handle in a day.” Integration Engines Performance Report, KLAS Research, May 2015, page 135
“Corepoint Integration Engine does exactly what Corepoint Health says it will. It is the hub of everything we do.” Integration Engines Performance Report, KLAS Research, May 2015, page 134
“Corepoint Integration System makes us more developmentally productive than we were when we were running on a 15-year-old design. We have more efficient workflows now.” Integration Engines Performance Report, KLAS Research, May 2015, page 133
